Position: Physical Therapist (13-week Contract)
Location: Hugo, CO
Job Highlights:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to develop and implement effective physical therapy treatment plans.
- Work closely with patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.
Requirements:
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Colorado.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dedication to providing high-quality patient care.
