We are hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a 13-week contract in Plymouth, MA, with a temp-to-perm option. This role offers a great opportunity to work in a supportive rehabilitation setting.

💰 Pay Rate: $43 per hour
📍 Location: Plymouth, MA
🚀 Start Date: ASAP
📅 Duration: 13 weeks (temp-to-perm option)
⏰ Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (40 hours/week)

Responsibilities:

✔️ Assist Occupational Therapists with implementing treatment plans.
✔️ Provide direct therapy to improve patient mobility and daily living skills.
✔️ Document patient progress and communicate updates to the healthcare team.
✔️ Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation exercises.

Requirements:

🔹 Active COTA license in Massachusetts.
🔹 Minimum 1 year of experience preferred.
🔹 Strong patient care and communication skills.
