Location: Seattle, WA
Contract Duration: 5 years
Hourly Pay Rate: $56 - $63, depending on experience
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Echo Sonographer to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience performing echocardiograms and possess the necessary certifications.
Responsibilities:
- Perform echocardiograms and other diagnostic cardiac ultrasound procedures.
- Analyze imaging results and provide preliminary findings to the attending physician.
- Maintain and operate ultrasound equipment with technical expertise.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging procedure.
- Review patient history and clinical information to optimize imaging.
- Collaborate with medical staff to interpret and utilize imaging data.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Echo Sonographer.
- Certification as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) through ARDMS or CCI.
- Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
