Position Details:
- 13-week contract, possible extension.
- Pay: $62 per hour.
- Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate.
- Reliable transportation required.

Requirements:
- Active OT license in Oregon.
- Home Health experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation for travel between patient homes
